All Exchange Server monitoring contracts automatically include Exchange Server disaster recovery at no extra charge. Our Exchange Server disaster recovery service is performed remotely.

24x7-Exchange provides uptime and availability support for Microsoft Exchange Server and its directly related services. Please note that we do not support the day to day operability of Exchange Servers e.g. assistance with Calendar usage or creating Outlook rules, etc.

In the event of a disaster our experienced MCSE Exchange Server disaster recovery experts will recover the full functionality of your Microsoft Exchange Server. Support for any directly dependent systems (i.e. Microsoft CRM) is the responsibility of the system’s vendor and you should consider taking out separate support from them.

Exchange server maintenance patches and service packs are applied as part of your monitoring plan. However, developmental tasks, such as a major version upgrade from Exchange Server 2003 to Exchange Server 2007, are not inclusive.

All Exchange Server monitoring is carried out remotely. In the event of an Exchange Server disaster recovery scenario, our support covers the restoration of Exchange Server databases and services. If your Windows server fails completely your IT Support personnel (or outsourced IT Support partner) will restart and repair the Windows Server operating system and reconnect it to the internet. We can then commence the Exchange Server disaster recovery remotely.

If Windows services or Internet connectivity were never impacted, 24x7 Exchange will normally commence your Exchange Server's disaster recovery as soon as is physically possible (usually within 30 minutes during normal business hours or within 90 - 120 minutes outside business hours if you have purchased 24x7 response).
