THE TRUE COST OF SERVER DOWNTIME

The true cost of email server downtime cannot be measured solely by the charges incurred to recover the server in an emergency. When the loss of email communication results in lost orders and lost business, combined with a severe loss of productivity in staff, then the “soft” costs invariably dwarf the “hard” costs of repair.

WHAT IS TRUEHUMAN EYEVIEW?
This simply means that a true human being casts a real eye view over your Exchange Server at regular contracted intervals to ensure that everything is as it should be.

AVOID DISASTERS AT ALL COSTS

"Email traffic and message size continue to put greater demands on messaging systems and, with regulatory compliance requirements becoming more widespread, these systems are becoming more critical to organizations that use them. “Disasters” need to be avoided at all costs. Organizations can no longer ignore the importance of proactively managing and maintaining the Exchange Databases."
