Exchange Server Monitoring is on a 24x7 basis. However, the standard response time is between 09:00 - 18:00 UK time which means that is when our engineers will work to resolve any problems found. If you require 24x7 response, please also select the 24x7 Response purchase option. This will ensure that issues affecting your Exchange server are resolved immediately the moment they happen, regardless of the time.
Once your payment has been received you will receive information about what to do next to setup your network in order to allow our monitoring servers and engineers to access your Exchange Server.
