Our response time to email messages is 60 minutes between 09:00 - 18:00 BST. Outside these hours we aim to respond to your emails within 4 hours on weekdays and 8 hours at weekends. Note that response times for current Exchange Monitoring clients are 30 minutes between 09:00 - 18:00 BST and 90 minutes outside those times (including weekends)
